    This session will present and discuss the CEDR-Award-winning film documenting the mediation of conflicts between Chevron and indigenous tribes in Nigeria's Delta State.  The panelists include the writer/director of the film, a former AT&T chief litigation counsel, and a professor of human rights law who is a native of Nigeria.  The film was made by the Harvard Kennedy School in association with the Special Representative of the U.N. Secretary General for Business and Human Rights, and the work of the Special Representative will be part of the discussion.  The questions presented:  Can Human Rights Be Mediated?  Can Human Dignity?
