Why is the use of Dispute Boards on large complex projects on the rise in international projects?  Dispute Boards can add tremendous value to complex transactions.  Unplanned events can derail a major project, but allowing Dispute Boards to facilitate team responses minimizes adverse impacts to all parties. While the construction industry has led the way in the use of Dispute Boards, these protocols are equally effective in other long-term high-stakes commercial relationships. Panelists from the UK, Australia, and the USA will share their experiences and lessons learned about how to maximize the effectiveness of Dispute Boards.
