The presentation is for arbitrators and advocates representing clients in arbitration proceedings. It will consist of a series of vignettes dealing with real life problems. The Panel will engage the attendees in a discussion of the ethical issues faced by the arbitrator and faced by legal counsel engaged in the arbitration process. The Panel will also discuss methodologies to avoid disclosure challanges, the role of the advocate prior to and during the arbitration.
